The Paris half marathon and full marathon are now established events and very popular with entries from all over the world.

We are offering our fellow runners a choice of 1, 2 or 3 nights weekends or more by Air or Eurostar .

Hotel Mercure Val de Fontenay (3 star): Avenue des Olympiades  94120 Fontenay / Bois

This 3 star plus hotel is next to the 'RER A' station 'Val de Fontenay  ' and is just 5 minutes away from the Start and Finish of the race (Half Marathon)  in the Bois de Vincennes and 15 minutes away from the centre of Paris. Behind the hotel, there is a shopping mall with boutiques, restaurants and a hypermarket 'Auchan'. The hotel has 6 suites, 35 family rooms and 95 standard rooms. All the rooms are en suite, soundproofed,  air conditioned and equiped with minibar, telephone, TV with satellite & cable channels . The hotel has a bar and a restaurant.

Hotel Mercure Terminus Nord (3 star): 12 Boulevard de Denain - 75010 Paris

Ideally situated opposite the Gare du Nord and Eurostar , the Mercure  Terminus Nord has been totally refurbished in the style of a Victorian town house. The bedrooms are well appointed and offer television, hairdryer and minibar. All the rooms are very attractively decorated and reflect the hotel's very high standard

• Return travel by Eurostar from London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet or Ashford  in standard class or by Air from your local nearest airport

        The above is subject to availability. A supplement is payable for some departures

Air Travel:   

• Choice of airports: Belfast, Leeds/Bradford, Durham, Nottingham  East Midlands, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Bristol, Norwich, Dublin, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, London Heathrow, Luton & Glasgow etc..
• Choice of  departures: morning, afternoon or evening. Outward: Friday or Saturday & Return: Sunday, Monday Tuesday
•  Flights available from all major UK airports and are subject to availability and supplements from £10 only
•  Airport transfers are by private taxi or RER and are not included in the price (average taxi fare to hotel:£30) & RER: £7)

A deposit of £150 inclusive of registration fees  is required and the balance is only payable 6 weeks before departure.

Note: Please note that under French Organisers' rules and to complete your registration, you will need to supply  a doctor's note saying that you are  fit & able to run the marathon! a specimen note will be forwarded to you if required.
